Cultural-Artistic Institute "Heritage of Culture and Civilization of Pars" with registration number 4387 has several official licenses from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization; And it is the center of intellectual development of children and adolescents that for the first time, presented and implemented the idea of making a three-dimensional puzzle of Iranian-Islamic historical buildings based on engineering mapping and observing scale.

This project has been done in order to produce cultural-educational products in order to strengthen the national and cultural identity in children and adolescents, as well as to introduce the historical places, culture and civilization of Iran to the world and finally to attract tourists.

For this purpose, in 2007, this complex started engineering surveying of historical buildings, and then by implementing the surveys and preparing a map with the least error and all the details of this building and accurate photography of texture and materials and assigning them to the building model, The three-dimensional simulated design was created with all the details in accordance with the principle of the work, then by failing the model and determining the appropriate scale and simplification and obtaining the technology of converting the model into a three-dimensional puzzle, he designed these puzzles.

Considering that this complex was the first center to design and produce three-dimensional puzzles of historical buildings in Iran, the first product of this company was unveiled by the then President on Wednesday, November 10, 2012.

Culture and Civilization was recognized in 2017 by the Vice President for Science and Technology as a creative company in the field of soft and identity-building industries.
