Under what circumstances can I return the product I received?
At Candokids, we make every effort to ensure that the purchased product reaches you in the best possible condition, however, you may decide to return the product for any reason after purchase. We have made it possible for you to easily return the product within 7 days from the time of delivery.
- All returned goods must be in their original condition and with the product box in good condition and the order number must be provided.
- The original box of the product and its accompanying items must be delivered in original condition and without damage or tears, and there is no additional writing or label on it.
- All allergy-oriented products and products that have a health sensitivity (such as cosmetics, edibles, and the like) cannot be returned if the seal of the product is opened.
- If a discount code is used at the time of purchase, from a legal point of view, the desired discount code cannot be used again, and if the product is returned, only the original money paid for the product will be returned.
- Shoes and clothes and the like must be in original and new condition, and there are no traces of use (such as stains, discoloration, or perfume and body odor) and brand tags, buttons, and other accessories have not been removed.
- Candokids gift cards are non-refundable
How to send the goods?
- Please contact our after sales support experts before taking any action.
- Do not send goods without coordinating with Candokids after-sales service separately.
- To send, the product must be well packed in its original box or carton, and accessories and all accompanying items such as cables, remotes, batteries, manuals, warranty cards, insurance cards, straps and packaging parts must be sent along with the original product.
- Labeling or writing descriptions, addresses, or anything else on the product's original carton or box, or tearing and defacing it, will void the return warranty. (If necessary, write your description on the back of the purchase invoice or a separate piece of paper and send it with the original box of the product in another carton.)
- If sending by Pishtaz post, take a photo and a picture of the postal receipt and email it to candokids.ir@gmail.com.
- If the product has a password, ID, Apple ID or pattern, it must be removed by the customer, so that Candokids experts can test it.
- If you live in other cities, return the goods from Pishtaz post after fare. If some cities do not accept Pishtaz post after fare, send us the picture of the postal receipt.
- Send your package to the address on the contact us page.
How will the shipping cost be calculated?
- If there is a technical defect, technical or physical discrepancy or apparent damage, confirmed by Candokids after-sales service experts, Candokids is responsible for the shipping costs.
- To deposit the postage to the customer's account, send the receipt image to candokids.ir@gmail.com.
How can I notify you of my request to return the product?
